- The mattress must be used with a mattress protector during the trial period.
- The item is returned with all original packaging and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order mattresses and bed bases.
- Items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Pillows, mattress protectors, and bedding accessories (for hygiene reasons).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
